COLABO is a digital showroom that puts your pieces in front of stylists actively sourcing for shoots, editorials, campaigns, and red carpets. Here’s how it works:

1. Apply & Get Approved

We review every designer to keep the platform curated and high-quality. Once approved, you can start uploading your collection instantly! Please attach sample imagery of items for approval - professional campaign/editorial shots (can include flat shots as additional imagery)

All designer accounts are reviewed for quality and brand fit. If an account isn’t approved, you’ll receive a full refund immediately.

2. Once approved > Upload Collection

Fill in item form with information such as:

  • Professional campaign/editorial images per item (can include flat shots as additional imagery)
  • Item details
  • Rental terms
  • Location + delivery options

We will manually approve each item to maintain platform standards. Once approved your item will go live for stylists to browse and request directly.

3. Receive Requests

Stylists can:

  • Request items for specific dates
  • Message you with questions
  • Confirm delivery/collection preferences

You stay in control of what goes out and when.

4. Approve & Track Your Loans

Once you approve a request:

  • The stylist gets a confirmation
  • The listing updates to “reserved”
  • You arrange shipping or collection
  • Everything stays in one organised thread

No more DMs, email chains, or lost messages.

5. Build Visibility

COLABO helps emerging designers get seen in industry shoots and events whether thats campaign or commercial, worn by talent, or featured by stylists who love working with independent labels.
