Terms and Conditions

By creating an account on Colabo you agree to these terms. Please read them before signing up.

  1. Colabo is a digital showroom connecting stylists with emerging designers. We provide the platform - all agreements, loans, and collaborations made through it are between the users involved, not Colabo.

  2. You must be 18 or over to use Colabo. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.

  3. You must own or have the rights to everything you upload. By submitting content to Colabo you give us permission to display it on the platform and use it across our marketing channels - including Instagram, TikTok, email, and press - for the purpose of promoting your work and the platform. We will never sell your content or data to third parties.

  4. All listings on Colabo must meet our quality standard before going live. This includes:

  • Professional or editorial quality photography - well lit, clean background, at least one on-body shot where possible.
  • Accurate and complete listing information - category, size, description, location, and rental terms.
  • Pieces must be available for loan within the UK at the time of listing.

Each listing is reviewed by the Colabo team before it is published. Listings that do not meet the standard will be declined with feedback. You are welcome to resubmit once the issue has been addressed.

  1. Colabo reviews every designer application before granting access to upload listings. If your application is declined in full - meaning none of your submitted work meets the platform standard - you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 working days, no questions asked. If some of your work is approved and some is not, your membership remains active for the approved pieces. No refund is issued in this case, as you retain full access to the platform. We will always communicate clearly about which pieces have been approved and why others have not. Membership fees are otherwise non-refundable once access has been granted.

  2. Any loan, rental, or collaboration arranged through Colabo is agreed directly between the designer and stylist. Colabo is not a party to these agreements and accepts no liability for loss, damage, late returns, or disputes. Users are responsible for their own arrangements.

  3. You agree not to misuse other users' contact details, upload illegal or harmful content, misrepresent your identity or work, or use the platform for any purpose other than fashion sourcing and collaboration.

  4. Colabo requires its designers to respond promptly to requests from stylists. By joining the platform you agree to: Respond to all rental requests within 48 hours Keep your listings up to date - if a piece is no longer available it must be marked as unavailable or removed promptly Arrange agreed loans in a timely and professional manner When a stylist sends you a request you will receive an email notification and, where enabled, a push notification from the platform. It is your responsibility to ensure notifications are turned on and that you check your Colabo inbox regularly. Colabo reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that repeatedly fail to respond to requests, leave listings inaccurate, or behave unprofessionally towards stylists. We will always reach out before taking any action.

  5. We store your data securely in line with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your personal information. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing hello@colabo.co.uk.

  6. We may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes by email.
